Trying hard to trust the process.. but??

I know. Trust the process. But, it’s been 4 weeks now and my photos are still getting worse

Photos are pre op, day 2, week 1, week 2, week 3 and now week 4. Has anyone else had post op pics like this and they just wake up one day with amazing results??? I LOVED it at week 1. Should I not lose hope yet? 😭
